Josh received a B.A. in Environmental Studies from Middlebury College. During law school he served as the Business Editor of the Maine Law Review as well as a law clerk for the U.S. Attorney's Office, District of Maine. Following graduation Josh served as a law clerk for the Honorable John A. Woodcock, Jr., U.S. District Court for the District of Maine. He is currently an associate at the Portland law firm Bernstein Shur. His practice focuses on technology development and licensing transactions, data security, e-commerce, business transactions, and an extensive amount of intellectual property matters.
